What a fantastic hotel experience! the beautiful lake view from the room was mesmerizing, and the buffet breakfast had an incredibly diverse range of Japanese and Western dishes. Don't miss the hot spring! It was a relaxing and soothing experience after a long day of city sightseeing. And if you're an animal lover, you'll adore the horse carriage ride through the gorgeous countryside.

The only negative aspect was the limited shuttle bus service that could take guests around the resort. It would have been more convenient for travelers if there were more shuttle buses or a better transportation system to the different facilities and activities offered by the resort.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to transportation options. It was also situated in a beautiful park with walking trails and a lake, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. The separate sitting area and tatami room added a traditional touch to the accommodation.- The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, including options from different cuisines such as Japanese, Western, Chinese, and Korean. The dessert selection was particularly impressive, leaving plenty of room for indulgence.

The food at the dinner performances was underwhelming, despite the entertaining drum dance performance. The traditional countryside steamed dishes lacked flavor and did not live up to expectations.

Guests can also enjoy the outdoor hot springs with stunning lanterns and a massage service for ultimate relaxation.
